Gamze Yiğitbaşı') regarding the personal data processing activities carried out within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The purpose of this notice is to ensure that individuals associated with our law firm are informed about the legal grounds and purposes for which their personal data is collected, the parties to whom it may be transferred, how it is protected, and the rights they possess as data subjects.

In this context, all personal data obtained through our website will be processed in accordance with the core principles and data processing conditions of the KVKK, and will be used solely and limitedly for the specified purposes.

Personal Data Transfers

Within the scope of the KVKK, your personal data may be shared by Atty. Z. Gamze Yiğitbaşı with regulatory/supervisory authorities, official authorities such as courts and execution offices, in accordance with the purposes specified in the clarification text and upon your consent, under the conditions stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. These transfers are carried out solely with legally authorized institutions and within legal boundaries.

Your requests and complaints submitted to us will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK, provided that the operation does not require an additional cost.
